•    Playing sports.
•    Training.
•    Doing heavy work.
If you wear the supports around the house, in bed or in an office, then you can wash our support every three to four days.

Elastaroo elastic support can be worn at any time for any duration. If soreness, discomfort or any type of rash occurs, discontinue use immediately.

It is not recommended to wear Elastaroo support while sleeping.  Supports should be worn only during the day and during activities.

Wash your Elastaroo support by hand wash and air dry only. Do not tumble dry, bleach, iron, or dry clean.

Any product found to have defects caused by faulty workmanship or materials will be replaced If:
•    Within seven days of purchase; you can return to the store you purchased your product from for a free replacement.
•    Between seven days to one month; you can return to Elastaroo directly with a return form for a free replacement.
